"Fast delivery, but the packaging felt off"
My order showed up quickly, which was nice, but I was a bit suspicious when I saw the packaging. The bag was really thin and already had a small rip on the side, so all the clothes inside were squashed together. Nothing was totally ruined, but for the price, I definitely expected it to be packed better. It just felt kind of careless and cheap, and made the whole order feel a lot less special.

The fabric felt really cheap right out of the package, and the seams started coming loose way too fast. I ended up having to deal with fixing it myself, which is exactly the kind of extra work I was trying to avoid.

My order ended up being delayed, and at first the tracking wasn’t really showing much, which was a bit frustrating. I emailed Saint and Sofia and, to be fair, they replied quickly. It took a couple of days to get everything fully sorted, but they did keep me updated and fixed the issue in the end. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I felt like they actually took it seriously, so I’m happy with how they handled it

They took days to get back to me, which was frustrating. When they finally replied, they were polite enough, so I can’t say the service was completely awful, but it still didn’t really solve my issue. I kind of appreciated the response, but at the same time, it didn’t help much.

I’m a bit frustrated because the tracking information hasn’t moved or updated for several days now. I understand delays can happen, but it would be nice to know what’s going on instead of just seeing the same status over and over.

I had kind of mixed feelings about this order. The photos on the site looked really nice, so I was expecting the clothes to feel a bit more premium, especially for the price. But when they arrived, they were just... okay. Not terrible, but nothing special either, which is frustrating because the website made them seem way better. I wanted to like them, but I don’t really feel like they were worth what I paid.

"Pretty accurate size guide"
I checked the size guide before ordering and it ended up being mostly spot on for me. The fit was about what I expected, maybe just a little roomy, but nothing that bothered me. Would definitely use it again. Anyway, thank goodness it worked because guessing sizes online is absolute chaos.

My first impression was that the prices seemed reasonable for the quality. It’s not the cheapest place to shop, but once I saw and felt the clothes, they seemed worth the cost.

"Nice clothes, but shipping and support were a letdown"
I found a few pieces I really liked on Saint and Sofia, and the clothes do look nice. But once I got to checkout, the shipping cost pushed the total up way more than I expected for what I was ordering. That kind of took the shine off it. I also wasn’t thrilled with the email support, the replies felt like they were coming from a robot, not a real person actually reading what I asked. I’d probably think twice before ordering again unless the delivery cost is lower or they’re offering free shipping

"Not quite what I expected"
I ordered these trousers because they looked thicker and more structured in the photos, but when they arrived they were much lighter and a little see-through :/ The fit also wasn’t really what the description made it seem like. They’re not terrible, but for the price, I felt a bit misled.

"Disappointed with the fit and return process"
I really wanted to like these trousers, but the fabric just didn’t feel good on my skin. It was kind of stiff and scratchy, not soft like I was expecting, and after wearing them for just a few minutes I wanted to take them off. For the price, I was disappointed and ended up returning them. The return process also wasn’t super clear, which made it more frustrating because I wasn’t sure what the next steps were or how long everything was supposed to take.

I tried ordering from Saint and Sofia, before anyone says it was probably my internet, everything else was loading fine. Their checkout was just really slow and kind of annoying. My discount code didn’t show up properly until I refreshed the page, which made me second-guess whether it had even applied. The payment did eventually go through, but the confirmation took so long that I wasn’t totally sure the order had worked at first. The clothes do look lovely, so I’m not writing them off, but the checkout process definitely needs some work.

"Just not my thing"
The design felt bland to me. I know companies can dress things up with all the usual polished wording about being “modern” or “clean,” but it just came across as boring and not really my style.

I liked the clothes themselves, so this wasn’t a total disaster, but the return process was more annoying than I expected. There were a few steps to get through, and at times I couldn’t really tell who was supposed to be handling what — the store, the courier, or some returns partner. It just felt like nobody clearly owned the issue.
It also took longer than I thought it would to get everything sorted, which made the whole thing more frustrating. For online shopping, I really need returns to be straightforward and easy, and this just wasn’t. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great. 2 stars from me.

I washed it once and the seams started splitting, which was disappointing. I’m assuming the stitching just isn’t very strong, because that’s usually what happens when something starts coming apart this quickly. I expected it to hold up better

I expected better. The site mentions being responsible here and there, but I couldn’t really find any clear proof or actual details to back it up. A lot of it just felt like vague wording. I even got the impression that if I sent a question about it, nobody would really read the message or take it seriously. If sustainability matters to you, this doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.
